Delivery information
All pieces are made to order and can take upto 3 weeks for collection pieces and between 4 and 10 weeks for bespoke pieces. We will always aim to make and post your item as quickly as possible but if you do need your piece in a rush please email the studio and we will do our best to accomodate you.
Please be aware when selecting express shipping that unless your piece is *ready to ship online* then this does not mean you will receive your piece next day, the piece will be express shipped once it has been made.
Shipping rates and taxes
All Marbeck items require a signature on delivery, delivery without signature is at your own risk and Marbeck Jewellery will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
All items are shipped express via Post Haste/ New Zealand Post or Fedex/ DHL express

International purchases under $500NZD | From $45

International orders will be sent express and should arrive within one week of shipping. All taxes and duties including customs and import taxes are the customer's responsibilities and may be a government requirement of import. Marbeck Jewellery has no control over these and will not reimburse customers for any charges.
Returns and Changes
Returns
As all pieces are handmade to order, Marbeck Jewellery does not issue refunds unless required by law. Exchanges of collection pieces can be made within 14 business days of receiving the goods. We can exchange for other items or a credit note of the same value of the piece/s being exchanged.
We strongly recommend that all exchanges posted to Marbeck Jewellery have a tracking number. Marbeck Jewellery is not responsible for any exchanges that go missing or get lost on their way to us.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or cancellations on sale items.
Due to the highly personal and collaborative nature of bespoke pieces, returns can not be made on bespoke items.
Changes or cancellations
Please email the studio as soon as possible and within 24 hours if you wish to change or cancel your online order.
For Bespoke pieces a non refundable 50% deposit is required to start work on your piece this will not be refunded due to change of mind. Small changes such as width of band or claws can be discussed at design meetings, but any larger design changes may incur a fee and extra costs.
